To Learn more or Register Other Transaction Authority agreements are increasingly becoming relevant for a number of U.S. Government agencies and contractors. With the flexibility to deviate from the Federal Acquisition Regulation and general procurement requirements, these types of agreements are attractive to both public and private personnel. However, the frameworks that apply to Other Transaction Authority agreements are continually changing and present novel considerations that are not immediately obvious to most individuals that participate in traditional government contracting, including individuals with years of experience in this space.
