This is particularly acute for the Department of Defense whose primary procurement duty is to deliver the latest weapons and technology to the warfighter. Bid protests often delay the start of new contracts and debriefings are an important precursor to the filing of bid protests. Participants will learn about debriefings and their impact on protests, and about steps being considered to change the debriefing.
