LEARN MORE & REGISTER Summary The “Changes” clause is a topic of frequent discussion among people involved in Government contracts, and one of its most unique features is the language which permits a contracting officer to make an “equitable adjustment in the contract price, the delivery schedule, or both” if the circumstances justify doing so.
