This three-part course will cover two strategies for contractors seeking additional compensation from the Government after contract award: Requests for Equitable Adjustments and Claims. The class will discuss the key differences between these two strategies and how to maximize a contractor’s chances for success. This class will also discuss the processes of appealing a claim as well as its contractual basis and its amount. The material will be presented using interactive lectures, case studies, and seminars.
