As a federal government contractor, going through a merger or acquisition process whether as a buying company or selling company requires consideration of acquisition regulations, national security laws and regulations and export regulations. This includes considering what happens to a company’s status as a small or 8a, what happens to set aside contracts that were awarded based on status, and how do you buy and/or novate a federal government contract.
Our 1.5 hour seminar will provide an overview of what you need to consider as a federal government contractor through a merger and acquisition process.
