      • Reports, trends, early warning indicators
      • Variance analysis (cost, schedule, performance, etc.) and root-cause, and actions thereof
      • Case Study: Challenges, stumbling blocks and real-world implementation advice
  • Session 3 – Real-World Usage
      • Reporting, analysis and dashboarding/metric insight capability
      • Customer, Program, Contract and/or gate reviews (IBR, PDR, CRD, etc.)
      • ETC/EAC inputs/considerations

      • Corrective Action planning, if reqt (usually fully-validated system conditions)
