This webinar will focus on contractor cost estimating and the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute (formerly the Truth in Negotiations Act), including a discussion of its application during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this webinar will address the requirement to disclose cost and pricing data (and exceptions to this requirement), as well as when data other than certified cost or pricing data may be required. The webinar then will discuss recent trends and legal updates and will explore potential contractor liability arising out of cost estimating, pricing issues, and related government claims. The webinar will conclude by outlining contractor best practices.
Each registration allows for one person to log in. Your team members can join you in a conference room for no additional cost. Additional logins for those located in other offices, working remotely, or otherwise unable to participate with the registrant can be purchased for $200 each.
