There are two types of Pub. L. 85-804 contractual relief – Contract Adjustment and Indemnification.
DID YOU KNOW?
Contractors may request Pub. L. 85-804 indemnification only if the clause at FAR 52.250-1 is included in the executed contract.
DID YOU KNOW?
The Department of Homeland Security is responsible for assessing whether a product or service is qualified to obtain a SAFETY Act designations or certifications.
DID YOU KNOW?
The inclusion of FAR 52.251-1 should signal to prime contractors that they have the ability to propose and utilize certain supply sources already under contract with the Government.
