This three-part course will focus on maximizing competition and small business utilization in contractors’ procurement activities. In addition to exploring FAR-based competition, we will also explore market research strategies and channels to increase the competitive field in contractors’ subcontracting and procurements. This will include means by which to identify potential small business and other socio-economic firms for inclusion in your organization’s competitive procurements. The program concludes with the intersection of market research and FAR-based compliance. This program is intended for procurement, subcontracting, supply chain, contracts, small business advocates, and compliance professionals.
