      • A proposed rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) to implement a final rule published by the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) that authorizes the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals (“OHA”) to decide all appeals from formal status protest determinations in connection with status of a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (“HUBZone”) concern;
      • A SBA direct final rule to revise its regulations to eliminate contractor’s ability to self-certify their Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (“SDVOSB”) status;
      • Introduction of the National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”) for Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2025 which provides significant support for technologies such as counter-drone defenses and artificial intelligence (“AI”) and includes a pilot program to raise the threshold for certified cost or pricing data for small businesses and non-traditional contractors;
      • A DoD proposed rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (“DFARS”) to incorporate contractual requirements related to the proposed Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (“CMMC”) 2.0 program; and
      • A DoD proposed rule to revise DoD regulations on Other Transaction (“OT”) agreements for prototype projects to implement changes in statutory authority enacted by Congress since the last update to the regulations in 2004.
