PCI guarantees all of its training experiences. Should you not be completely satisfied with your training experience, please contact us at 202-775-7240, or email seminars@publiccontractinginstitute.com, and we will make it right.
Refund Policy
PCI will grant a full refund, upon request, to registrants who cancel attendance to a seminar, webinar or virtual class at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled activity.
Training Content
All of PCI’s training content, online and in print, as well as content on PCI’s website is owned by PCI and its training providers. Content shall not be copied or distributed, except as explicitly allowed. Unless otherwise stated, customers who have purchased training may download one copy of the respective materials keeping all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not alter or modify any content or distribute content to others unless PCI has expressly provided you proprietary rights.
Termination of Access
PCI, and PCI’s training providers, reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all training content for any reason, without prior notice or incurring liability. PCI, and PCI’s training providers, may change or remove training content at any time, without prior notice or incurring liability.
