Certificates Help and Accreditation Information
Live virtual trainings are eligible for a Certificate of Completion (CoC), Continuous Learning Points (CLP) for Government employees, Continuing Professional Education (CPE), and Continuing Legal Education (CLE). NOTE: CPE/CLE credit for attendees are subject to participation and approval by the governing boards.
IMPORTANT: To receive CLP and CPE credit, you need to be signed into the training platform (GoTo for most, Microsoft Teams for FUN with the FAR and May the Clause Be With You) with your email address, and must answer the polling questions. During the program, passwords will be flashed on the screen – write these down, they’re necessary to get you credit. Listening exclusively via phone is not eligible for credit.
Certificates of Completion are sent out in an email between 1 and 24 hours after the program. If you need help with certificates, you can always send [email protected] an email.
If you need CPE or CLP credit for a training, please do the following:
1. Log into our website. You may need to create a Public Contracting Institute account.
2. Go to My Certificates and Courses (top right corner). Find the course you need credit for. Answer the password survey found for the course you attended. It is helpful to use the search function for older courses. For long courses like FUN with the FAR, you may need to click the course title to get further into the course.
3. CPE, and CLP Certificates will be available at My Certificates and Courses once you’ve filled out the password survey. If you need CLE credit, please email [email protected] and specify your CLE jurisdiction.
Materials and Recordings: A copy of the materials and a link to the recording, and a link to your certificate will be available at My Certificates and Courses for one year after the class has run.
