FAR Part 19 provides guidance relative to the requirements associated with Small Business Subcontracting Plans. If you are a large business and are required to develop plans and comply with them, there are many challenges associated with these this effort. In addition, you are subject to documentation (recordkeeping) requirements, outreach efforts, and reporting requirements. Finally, as with most Government requirements, your company will be subject to audits, in the form of Compliance Reviews.

The purpose of this session is for the attendees to gain a better understanding of the FAR as it applies to the subject to Small Business Subcontracting Plans. The session will be led by Jeff White of J.A. White & Associates, Inc. who will provide insight into industry best practices on the subject.
