Cost Principle Compliance Essentials

This course covers the fundamentals of complying with the cost principles established by Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and is designed to provide a good introduction to the subject.  The focus is on the issues that most commonly lead to disputes, and that cut across all of the various cost principles.  These issues include cost reasonableness and the compliance of costs with contract terms.  Some of the more common issues regarding specific cost principles will also be covered.
