Fundamentals of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)

In this course, participants will learn the fundamentals of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Topics covered include the scope of the Government’s authority to issue “rated orders”, the obligation to accept (or reject) such orders, and the production priority requirements imposed by rated orders.
