Building a Better Performance Work Statement

This course is designed to instruct students on how to develop a Performance Work Statement (PWS) using a seven-step process. This process is being used across DOD and Federal Agencies. A PWS is a description of the tasks to be performed by the contractor in terms of desired outcomes or results. On the other hand, a Statement of Work (SOW) basically tells the contractor how to perform a task. At the conclusion of this course, you should be able to use this seven-step process to develop a requirements based PWS.
