Competition in Government Contracting

September 17 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

The decision to do business with a contractor or subcontractor on a competitive basis is driven by specific laws and regulations, but can also be both strategic and tactical.  Oftentimes, such decisions are made during the acquisition planning phase after effective market research has been conducted.  As a Government Contracting professional, you need to be fulling aware of the laws and regulations that govern the process of Competition in Government Contracting.

The purpose of this webinar, presented by Mr. Jeffery White of J.A. White & Associates, Inc. is to discuss the FAR requirements associated with Competition in Government Contracting. It will cover core concepts associated with competition requirements for both the Government and Contractors when they issue subcontracts.
