False Claims Act Update

The evolving threat of the False Claims Act requires contractors to better understand the dynamic environment in which they operate. Laws change, interpretations change, targets change…but the False Claims Act stands resolute as a deterrent and tool to combat contractor “fraud” – whether justified or not. This course will highlight the shifting world of the False Claims Act and provide knowledge and practices intended to prepare contractors to protect themselves from compliance mishaps, government investigations, and whistleblower complaints.
