This class will walk participants through current agency guidance and regulations relating to cybersecurity and incident reporting, and address key considerations for developing a compliant data security program. Topics will also include anticipated new regulations relating to CMMC, cyber threat and incident reporting, and software supply chain security for government contractors. Additionally, this class will delve into recent government initiatives and considerations relating to cloud computing and supply chain issues in light of today’s cyber events.
