This Is The Way: Identifying and Mitigating Antitrust Issues in Government Contracting

Federal contractor compliance programs can no longer give short shrift to potential antitrust issues inherent in doing business with the federal government. With the Department of Justice’s Procurement Collusion Strike Force arming legions of investigators on recognizing and enforcing anticompetitive conduct in the federal procurement space, federal contractors must be prepared for increased antitrust scrutiny and including anticompetitive awareness in existing compliance plans and training. This program will provide contractors with an overview of the antitrust statues and regulations, the key areas of federal procurement in which antitrust issues tend to arise, and the steps necessary to mitigate risk.
