Cybersecurity is a concern for every member of every organization. Although many lawyers’ practices are separate from their clients, they are not immune from cyberattacks. Criminals know that in-house legal departments and outside counsel have, or have access to, some of their clients’ most valuable information. The ABA and most state bar associations are increasing the ethical and professional standards against which lawyers are expected to practice. Do you know what is expected of you, and how to achieve those goals? In this 2-hour ethics CLE session we will explore:

- The impact non-compliance can have not only on your own career, but also on your clients
- The state of most organizations’ cybersecurity programs today
