This session will cover key principles for other transaction authority agreements (“OTAs”) from their evolving role in U.S. Government contracting to protests, compliance obligations, typical terms, and disputes. The intended audience is expected to have a broad range of familiarity with OTAs, and the presentation will benefit both beginners and experienced attendees. Various OTA authorities used by different agencies will also be addressed.
