PCI and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman will collaborate again in 2024 to present the tenth year of the Supply Chain Symposium, a monthly webinar series that provides insights about latest legal and practical issues that impact the supply chain. Attendees include management from the largest prime contractors and systems integrators to employees of small businesses and the lowest tier of subcontractors.

- January 17: Update – Mandatory FAR Flow-Down Clauses and Best Practices (David Dixon, Michael Rizzo)
- Attendees will learn the mandatory FAR flowdown clauses applicable to each type of subcontract as of December 31, 2023
- Attendees will hear advice on sources other than the FAR to derive terms and conditions that are not mandatory

- Attendees will learn the mandatory DFARS flow-down clauses as of January 1, 2024 applicable to non-commercial-item, commercial item and service DoD subcontracts
- Attendees will hear advice on non-mandatory DFARS clauses to flow down in order to reduce performance uncertainties
- Attendees will develop a better understanding of how to mitigate risk in their performance of defense-related prime contracts and subcontracts
