The “Changes” clause is one of the most distinctive features of Government contracting.  For contractors, the clause can either be a blessing or a curse, and their knowledge of the clause, and how it works, can make a big difference in their ability to profit from contract performance.   For agency personnel, the clause can play a key role in their ability to ensure that they get what they actually want out of a contact, particularly in those cases where circumstances change after contract award.   Our instructor Tim Sullivan will bring the “Changes” clause to life for you, regardless of your position, and will open your eyes to the important role this clause can play in the course of a Government contract.
