Join Professor Nash and Tim Sullivan as they discuss the fundamentals of preparing a request for an equitable adjustment. They will discuss the pricing of added as well as deleted work, the burden of proof for each, the importance of understanding schedule issues, and the role of profit and interest in such calculations. They will also delve into the important differences between a Request for Equitable Adjustment and a Claim, including the distinction between contract administration costs and the costs of prosecuting claims.
